The Estimating team at Evelich II Insulation is ready to handle estimating all types of Insulation projects digitally from PDF’s or plan links. If needed, we also do job site estimates.

We fully understand the importance of providing bid time estimates for our clients so they can provide an accurate overall price to their clients.

Job Material Submittals

Evelich II Insulation provides job material submittals in PDF format. We can include Material Safety data sheets upon request. Our more automated service for common insulation jobs allows us to provide a faster Submittal process.

Payroll Reporting

Evelich II Insulation does payroll reporting for all state, federal, and Port Authority jobs. It is essential for all contractors and subcontractors to get their payroll reporting done on time and correctly. This will avoid holding up billing requisitions or payments for our clients as well as other subcontractors.

At Evelich II Insulation we fully understand the importance of payroll reporting. To avoid time delays and mistakes by doing this manually, all our payroll reporting is done in-house digitally, directly from our payroll system to all reporting forms for New Jersey, New York City, New York State, NY NJ Port Authority, AIA, and Monthly Manning Reports are sent directly to you.

If the job requires specific reporting into an outside portal, we digitally send our payroll reporting from our payroll system directly into the New Jersey Wage Hub or LCP tracker as required. This will avoid time delays and mistakes by doing this manually.

We also comply with any OCIP or CCIP reporting.
